Field studies were carried out on the earthen dam of channel reservoir Tuyamuyun hydrosystem Amudarya River (Uzbekistan), which was put into operation in 1984 according to traditional method using control and measuring equipment embedded body dam. The water levels upper lower reaches, piezometers, drainage discharge measured. Maximal 130.00 head race observed middle October minimal 117.00 March. Water tail depend amount through hydrosystem. maximal level for 2019 112.82 m. (01.05.2019) at rate 1200 m3/sec. A 109.78 m 07.11.2019 a 150 m3/s rising tendency bed found out. Channel filling draw-off plots constructed, show that they reached values up 3.10 m/day 2.0 m/day, respectively. These are 3 4 times higher than allowable 0.5 1.0 m/day. Out 53 34 working condition; rest filled with sediment need flushing. difference downstream 2014 2019, flow m3/s, is 0.74 1100 1.37 Constructed change piezometers react delaying by 15-20 days average. On whole, phreatic line field located below design line. filtration 32 l/s race. No-34 No-53 order; silted require washing. plotted graphs changes reservoir, lagging average days. In general, natural depression curve one. maximum l/s, pool 130.00.
